Customer Responsibilities

Access

  • The customer will provide access to the environment as needed
  • Assistance from admins and end-users may be required
  • Provide all administrative credentials for physical and virtual network devices if required during installation

Testing

  • Ensure the web client branding works as expected
  • Ensure the Windows and MAC clients branding work as expected
  • Ensure the mobile clients branding work as expected

Prerequisites Verification

  • Verify that Triofox works
  • Verify that all the branding details and necessary icons are ready and available if possible
  • Verify that the developer accounts are created and available for the mobile clients

Exclusions

  • This service covers the end-to-end branding for a single company
  • This service does not cover a comprehensive analysis of any pre-existing environments
  • Services might be provided through a combination of Triofox service delivery personnel
  • Service includes up to sixteen hours with a Triofox subject-matter expert

Price

US$2495.00

All services provide a service-level agreement commitment of 5 Days for "scheduling," this service does not include urgent/critical services resolution. Customers will be contacted within 3 business days after the purchase to schedule a service.

Hours: The service will be provided during hours of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., local customer time, Monday through Friday excluding holidays unless an alternate, mutually agreed schedule has been arranged.

Cancellation: Customer must cancel/re-schedule any scheduled installation dates with at least five (5) business days in advance to avoid charges.

Service Travel Fees: Additional charges (at cost) will incur if the facility is not ready, or the prerequisites and exclusions for the meeting have not been met.

This service can be canceled by the provider in the event the service offering does not meet the qualification of the requirements.
