Configuration Tasks
- Overview of Azure Premium and the differences between identity provider and service provider
- Configure the Group Policy for Single Sign-On in Triofox
- Locate the required Application ID, Redirect, and Home Page URLs from Triofox's 'Access service provider meta data'
- Create and configure new Triofox application under Azure portal
- Enter Application ID URL under API under Azure
- Add users and groups who need access to Triofox App created above in Azure AD

Customer Responsibilities
Access
- Customer will provide access as needed to the environment
- Assistance from admins and end-users may be required
- Provide all administrative credentials for physical and virtual network devices if required during installation
Testing
- Test using Web Client
- Test using Windows Client
- Test using Mobile Clients if required
Prerequisites Verification
- Verify Azure AD tenant with existing user accounts (for example Microsoft 365).
- Global administrator access to the Azure AD tenant
- Tenant Admin access to either:
- SaaS Sync4Share.com hosted tenant
- Self-hosted Triofox cluster with a publicly accessible FQDN and server certificate
- The ability to share your screen via for example GoToMeeting or Microsoft Teams
Exclusions
- This service covers only SAML integration with Azure AD for a single tenant
- This service does not cover a comprehensive analysis of any pre-existing environments
- Services might be provided through a combination of Triofox service delivery personnel
- Service includes up to eight hours of consultation with a Triofox subject-matter expert
Price
US$995.00
All services provide a service-level agreement commitment of 5 Days for "scheduling," this service does not include urgent/critical services resolution. Customers will be contacted within 3 business days after the purchase to schedule a service.
Hours: The service will be provided during hours of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., local customer time, Monday through Friday excluding holidays unless an alternate, mutually agreed schedule has been arranged.
Cancellation: Customer must cancel/re-schedule any scheduled installation dates with at least five (5) business days in advance to avoid charges.
Service Travel Fees: Additional charges (at cost) will incur if the facility is not ready, or the prerequisites and exclusions for the meeting have not been met.
This service can be canceled by the provider in the event the service offering does not meet the qualification of the requirements.
