High Availability Design & Install
Triofox environment should be setup in a highly available cluster if you cannot afford any down time. We can design and deploy Triofox in high availability (HA) cluster.
Installation and Configuration Tasks
- Create an empty database for the Triofox Cluster
- Install and configure the first Triofox server
- Update the Triofox worker node configuration to set the cluster to match the FQDN that resolves to the load balancers
- Install the same version of the Triofox server on the second server which will be added to the HA cluster
- Disable the Process Background Task on the second Triofox server such that only one Triofox server is responsible for tasks such as migrating backend storage data.

Customer Responsibilities
Access
- Customer will provide access as needed to the environment
- Assistance from admins and end-users may be required
- Provide all administrative credentials for physical and virtual network devices if required during installation
Testing
- Ensure the administrator can log in to web portal as a cluster admin
- Verify that a user can log in on the web portal using his/her account
- Verify that a user can log in on the Windows client using his/her account
- Verify that a user can log in on the Mac client using his/her account
- Download and install mobile clients. Verify the connection
Prerequisites Verification
- Verify the Partner/Customer Portal Login
- Verify that the infrastructure components are properly set up and available for a Triofox HA Cluster:
- At least two Triofox servers in the same cluster
- At least two external database servers hosting the Triofox database for the cluster
- At least two HTTP/HTTPS application load balancers fronting the Triofox servers if applicable
- A fully qualified DNS name configured to point to the application load balancers
- Verify that an SSL certificate from a public certificate authority vendor has been procured
- Verify that the public facing DNS name has been registered
- Verify that a clean server virtual machine (preferably Windows Server 2016 or 2019) is ready with all updates
- Verify that the Active Directory environment is compatible and ready if AD integration is required
Exclusions
- This service covers implementation HA cluster in one region
- This service does not cover a comprehensive analysis of any pre-existing environments
- Services might be provided through a combination of Triofox service delivery personnel
- Service includes up to sixteen hours of Triofox subject-matter expert
Price
US$2495.00
All services provide a service-level agreement commitment of 5 Days for "scheduling," this service does not include urgent/critical services resolution. Customers will be contacted within 3 business days after the purchase to schedule a service.
Hours: The service will be provided during hours of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., local customer time, Monday through Friday excluding holidays unless an alternate, mutually agreed schedule has been arranged.
Cancellation: Customer must cancel/re-schedule any scheduled installation dates with at least five (5) business days in advance to avoid charges.
Service Travel Fees: Additional charges (at cost) will incur if the facility is not ready, or the prerequisites and exclusions for the meeting have not been met.
This service can be canceled by the provider in the event the service offering does not meet the qualification of the requirements.
